this is a progress from the part 1...i've begin to sweat out today together with my mum...we did a 40 minutes workout and it was hard enough to make us sweat...and now i started feeling the aching here and there...i bought a Kathy Smith's CD few days ago to get started and it was worth buying it...
i was inspired by hliza...and we have the same goal which is to tone our body and to reduce our weight!!! at the same time to remain healthy....nowadays, i also reduce my food intake especially at night...
so, i hope i can maintain the current lifestyle and achieve my goal...Yeah!!!
